This hotel is a hidden gem in a thriving neighborhood of Denver. Its location on an alley adds to its charm and gives it a unique vibe. The rooms are comfortable and some even come with awesome balconies. The staff is friendly and provides great service. Plus, the value for money is excellent — breakfast is included in the price!
No major issues, everything was just fine.

This is a small hotel that has some nice rooms. The least expensive are tiny and terraces are not functional. Spring for the larger rooms with fireplaces, they are much nicer and quieter.
We were in room 404 the first night. The air conditioning compressors must be right over this room and there was a loud rumbling all night that prevented sleep. The staff allowed us to move to a larger room on the third floor the next day, but they were not very apologetic. Second room (306) larger and much quieter. Also, the parking under the hotel is so tight that a large car or suv would be hard to park.

The hotel is located in a thriving neighborhood right on an alley at an affordable price. It's a great choice if you want to stay in the center of a busy neighborhood in Denver. The room and bathroom were well-kept and the staff was friendly and helpful, as mentioned in one of the reviews. The hotel also offers reasonably priced parking, as mentioned in another review.
There were some noise issues, as mentioned in one of the reviews. Outside noise such as cement trucks and revelers was reported to be unbearable at times.

The staff was great, especially Tony. Room was a bit small but comfortable and well appointed. Location was fantastic, surrounded by lots of shopping and many wonderful restaurants within a few steps of the hotel. Terrace was great to have since the weather was wonderful during our stay. One evening, we opted to bring in food from a local restaurant, purchased a nice bottle of wine and ate on our 4th floor terrace. Our own private restaurant.
There's some noise from the air conditioning system that was a bother at first, but we got used to it.

Location, parking, price, restaurant, room decor, balcony.
Vanity is in the room and has a bank of bright lights w/o a dimmer. Should be replaced with a less obnoxious fixture.

This hotel in the Cherry Creek area definitely offers great value for money. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the prime location right on an alley. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and we particularly loved the awesome balcony. It was a pleasant surprise to have breakfast included as well.
No significant aspects that need improvement. We had a great stay overall.

It was small and personable. The location, especially for my wife, was excellent for shopping and dining. The only hitch was Thursday AM at 5:55AM, the city started emptying the dumpster ! Otherwise, it was perfect for our needs.

food, close-in parking, proximity to Cherry Creek shops
The only thing I can say that is negative is that there was no regular coffee in the room.

Spent Christmas in this hotel and loved the location, just a few minutes away from the main shopping area and great restaurants. Also appreciated the free parking and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel lobby. Our room had a nice balcony with a great view, and the bed was comfortable.
The room was a bit small and outdated, and the carpets were dirty. We had trouble controlling the room temperature and had to sleep with the windows open to balance the heat.

A well maintained and designed boutique hotel. Great location for the Cherry Creek area but with very easy access to Denver's cultural center. Very comfortable.
Rooms are small and the shower, while good, does not close off so the floor of the WC gets wet.

Great location near popular attractions, friendly front desk staff, and decent room rates make for a good start.
Dingy carpets, threadbare towels, and broken furnishings are all signs of neglect. the lack of housekeeping attention and poor maintenance of amenities detracted from our stay.

Extremely slippery bathtub/shower in room 314. Needs to be fixed!
